What You'll Be Doing:

Branding & Strategy Development
Design and develop a comprehensive branding kit (logo, tagline, color palette, fonts, website design, and packaging) that aligns with our business goals.
Ensure all branding is consistent across all platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation

Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Create engaging and creative social media content, including posts, ads, stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.
Schedule and manage content distribution across all channels to keep our audience engaged.
Website & Online Presence

Build and maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly website that optimizes the customer journey from landing page to checkout.
Ensure the website supports our sales strategy and is designed to maximize conversions.
Social Media Management

Oversee daily operations of our social media accounts, handling everything from content creation to community engagement.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering strong relationships with our community.
Ad Strategy & Budgeting

Develop an omnipresent advertising strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to ensure maximum exposure and return on investment.
Manage and optimize ad budgets, monitoring performance to meet campaign goals.
Graphic Design

Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and other software to create eye-catching social media graphics, website visuals, flyers, ebooks, and more.
Edit videos and podcasts for YouTube, ensuring everything aligns with our branding and marketing objectives.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Strong proficiency in website development and design.
Expertise in graphic design using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
Experience with ad management on Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player (you’ll be working closely with our Operations team, so collaboration is key).
Knowledge of marketing best practices and online advertising strategies.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: Starting at $4.50/hour, with a review and potential INCREASE AFTER 2 MONTHS.
Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses based on sales and individual performance metrics.
Work Schedule: Flexible! You’ll work 4 days a week, 5 hours per day—great work-life balance.
