Guidepost Marketing is a forward-thinking marketing agency that helps businesses elevate their brand, engage their audience, and grow their online presence. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Designer who specializes in crafting high-performing ad creatives and engaging social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities
- Ad Creative Design
- Create compelling and high-converting ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Design eye-catching banners, carousel ads, video thumbnails, and other digital ad assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all ad creatives while optimizing for performance.
- Social Media Graphics
- Develop engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, and reels.
- Design infographics, quote cards, and branded content to enhance social engagement.
- Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Branding & Visual Storytelling
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experiment with different design styles and formats to optimize content performance.

Collaboration & Workflow
-Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging.
- Receive feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
- Use ClickUp for project management and track time for tasks.
- Industry Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media best practices, and ad creative innovations.
- Research competitor creative strategies to help improve campaign performance.
- Continuously refine design skills through training and self-learning.

Qualifications
- Proven Design Experience: 2+ years of experience designing ads and social media graphics.
- Adobe & Canva Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Social Media & Ad Knowledge: Understanding of best practices for designing engaging social media posts and high-performing ads.
- Typography & Layout Skills: Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition.
- Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to design visually appealing content while considering performance metrics.
- Collaboration Tools: Comfortable using Slack and ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
- English Proficiency: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with a remote team.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and track time efficiently.
- Bonus: Willingness to work overlapping with US East Coast hours.
