Job Title: Marketing Specialist – SEO, Google Ads, & Lead Nurturing
Job Type: Gig/Freelance

Rate: $7 - $12/hr (DOE)

our clients, and we’re looking to expand our marketing team with a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Specialist.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to handle our SEO strategies,
manage Google Business Ads, execute cold email campaigns, nurture leads, and manage

email
blasts using CRMs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of digital
marketing, be analytical, and be able to track performance and optimize campaigns for
maximum impact.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:
? Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
? Analyze website performance and recommend improvements to optimize organic
search rankings.
? Monitor SEO metrics and provide regular reports on performance and key
metrics.

Google Ads Management:
? Manage and optimize Google Business Ads campaigns to drive traffic and
increase conversions.
? Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and allocate budgets to maximize
ROI.

Cold Email Campaigns:
? Develop and execute cold email strategies to reach potential leads and clients.
? Write engaging email copy that resonates with the target audience.

Lead Nurturing:
? Engage with inbound and outbound leads through personalized email
communication and content.
? Develop automated email sequences that nurture leads through the sales funnel.
?Track lead engagement and collaborate with the sales team to convert nurtured
leads into clients.


Email
Blasts & Campaigns:
? Design and execute monthly/quarterly email blasts to keep our audience
informed and engaged.
? Segment email lists to ensure content is personalized and relevant to each group.
? Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to
refine future campaigns.


Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools,
Proven experience managing Google Ads and paid campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign,
etc.).
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Experience with lead nurturing tactics and CRM systems is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
