Intake Coordinator

Join our growing psychiatry practice as an Intake Coordinator! In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, handling appointment scheduling and intake coordination with warmth and professionalism. We need someone who is highly organized, quick to respond to patient messages, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position, and we require that the intake coordinator does not work elsewhere during their time with us. A minimum of one year of experience as an intake coordinator or in a similar role in healthcare is required.
