Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant in the Philippines with strong Google Sheets skills. The role involves daily meetings with the founder and managing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:
?Conduct daily meetings with the founder (Pacific Time).
?Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
?Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
?Assist in project management and follow-ups on action items.
?Perform data entry and manage documents in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Requirements:
?Experience as an executive assistant
?Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
?Excellent organizational and communication skills.
?Finance background is a plus.
?Ability to work in Pacific Time zone (early mornings).
?Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
