JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing business with administrative tasks, social media management to start. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule meetings, and organize calendars.
? Social Media Management: Schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
? ChatGPT Prompts & Content Assistance: Utilize AI tools to generate responses, ideas, and content.
? Canva Designs: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and marketing materials.

Requirements:
? Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
? Strong administrative skills (email handling, calendar management, task prioritization).
? Proficiency in Canva for basic graphic design.
? Social media management experience (content creation, posting).
? Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
? Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred (but not required):
? Experience with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, or GoHighlevel.
? Knowledge of email marketing platforms like instantly, Mailchimp or Klayvio.
? Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, meta tags, optimizing blog posts
