Real Estate Media Post-Production Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our Real Estate Media team, focusing on image post-production quality control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in photo editing software and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Quality Control & Image Processing
- Perform thorough quality control checks on edited real estate photographs
- Execute final image adjustments according to established guidelines using:
- Various preset applications
- Perspective corrections
- AI-powered editing tools in Photoshop and Lightroom
- Remove unwanted elements from images using advanced editing techniques
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards

Customer Service & Delivery

Manage the final delivery process of edited images to clients
Handle client communication regarding image corrections and adjustments
Process and implement client feedback and revision requests
Maintain clear communication channels with both the editing team and clients
Translate and respond to German client communications using translation software
Ensure accurate and professional communication in German language

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Strong attention to detail and quality control abilities
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience with real estate photography is a plus
Proficiency in English required
Ability to effectively use translation software for German communication
Basic understanding of professional German business communication is a plus
