We’re looking for a tenacious, high-energy female cold caller who is passionate about connecting with landowners and identifying those ready to sell. If you have a growth mindset, a thick skin, and love the thrill of closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Cold Calling Landowners – Engaging in high-volume outbound calls (1,000+ per day) to identify motivated sellers.
- Re-Engaging Warm Leads – Following up and nurturing previous contacts to reignite interest.
- Building Relationships – Creating rapport quickly and guiding landowners toward a potential sale.
- Using Top-Tier Tools – Work with ReadyMode Dialer & GoHighLevel CRM to track and manage conversations.
- Crushing Goals & Earning More – Base pay $5/hr + commission bonuses for hitting performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:
- Female with a Growth Mindset – Someone who thrives on learning and self-improvement.
- Fearless & Persistent – You love a challenge and can push through rejection with ease.
- Proven Cold Calling Experience – Experience in land acquisitions is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent English Speaker with No Accent – Clear, professional communication is a must.
- High Energy & Enthusiastic – You bring positivity and confidence to every conversation.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to track leads and follow up consistently.
- Remote but on EST Time Zone – Work from anywhere but be available during Eastern Standard Time hours.
