Email Marketing & Shopify Admin Virtual Assistant - ecommerce and klaviyo expert

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized Email Marketing & Shopify Admin VA to help manage our email campaigns, Shopify product listings, and Trevello Courses setup. The ideal candidate should have experience with Klaviyo (or similar email software) and Shopify store management.
Responsibilities:
- Create & schedule 6-8 email campaigns per month (newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart etc.).
- Automate email workflows for abandoned cart, upsells, & customer retention.
- Upload & manage Shopify product listings & descriptions.
- Assist with Trevello Courses setup & content updates.
- Track & analyze email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Required Skills:
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Omnisend) – Experience in setting up, automating, and optimizing email campaigns.
- Shopify Admin & Store Management – Ability to update products, optimize listings, and troubleshoot Shopify issues.
- Data Analytics & Conversion Optimization – Experience tracking email performance and making data-driven improvements.
