Social Media Manager Position for ?onstruction Company

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to promote a construction company in Texas. We are looking for a full-time employee with deep involvement, whom we can build a long-term (many years) relationship with.

Your daily tasks will require 3 main skills:
- A highly skilled copywriter fluent in the English language (journalism experience/construction industry experience are a plus).
- Graphic Design capabilities to create thumbnails, Instagram posts, and emails.
- Ability to manage social media posts. Posting across multiple platforms, primarily on Instagram, with additional focus on

Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube's Community Tab, keeping a strict schedule, and replying to comments.

Responsibilities:
Post weekly Instagram content:
4 Shorts
1 work showcase post
Report to Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Community Tab.
Use our photos/videos to create posts.
Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and suggest new ideas.
Monthly reviews to propose innovative strategies and stay ahead.

KPIs:
Lead generation for our services
Grow follower count and engagement (likes, comments, shares) in 3-6 months.
