Team of 5 Needed for a Video Transcription Project

Hi!

We are Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine.

Our primary mission is to heal both people and the planet through clinical practice. We teach everything medical and nursing schools didn’t.

To accomplish this more efficiently, we’re assembling a five-person team to help update our school’s website.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the team, your tasks will include (with proper instructions provided):
1. Download videos from our Kajabi account and upload them to Loom for processing.
2. Use Loom’s summary and transcript, edit them with ChatGPT to check for errors (spelling, confused words, grammar, and context), and convert the final version to PDF.
3. Download the .srt file from Loom.
4. Upload all materials back to our Kajabi account.
5. Search for the original sources of our videos and create proper citations.

Qualifications:

1. Experience using ChatGPT.
2. Familiarity with video captioning and generating .srt files.
3. Attention to detail — we value high-quality results and need your full focus to achieve them.
4. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets to track progress, including speed and the number of completed videos.
5. Basic knowledge of Google Docs for organizing the summaries and timestamped transcripts from Loom.

Additional Notes:

This is a straightforward job but can be time-consuming depending on the video length and complexity, particularly due to the use of medical terminology. While basic knowledge of medical terms is helpful, it’s not mandatory.
