Twenty80 is a technology-focused staffing and consulting firm, but due to the expanding needs of our clients, we are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to help source, engage, and place top healthcare professionals across the U.S.

We are not looking for a transactional recruiter—we need someone who can pick up the phone, engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals, build trust, and develop lasting relationships. Job Overview:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in recruiting for clinical and healthcare leadership roles, including:

Registered Nurses (RNs) – ICU, Med-Surg, Critical Care, Telemetry
Directors & Managers – Nursing, Critical Care, Case Management, HIM
Allied Health Professionals – Respiratory Therapists, CT Technologists, Sonographers, Physical Therapists, Pharmacists
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract, direct-hire, and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively call and connect with healthcare professionals to discuss career opportunities.
Conduct thorough screening calls to assess experience, certifications, and job preferences.
Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates through meaningful, consultative conversations.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries of their background and career goals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, compliance requirements, and licensure regulations.
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and maintain organized records.
What We're Looking For (Must-Have Requirements):
???? Healthcare Recruiting Experience is Mandatory – If you do not have prior healthcare recruiting experience, we will not respond to your application.

A People-Person: You enjoy talking to people, understanding their needs, and building relationships.
Recruiting Experience: 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting (staffing agency or talent acquisition required).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to have meaningful conversations with candidates and ensure they feel heard and valued.
Resilience & Proactivity: Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging candidates who may not be actively looking for a job.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and licensure requirements in the U.S.
Time Zone Flexibility: Must be available to work PST or EST hours to align with U.S.-based clients and candidates.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools.
High-Volume Recruiting Experience: Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at various stages of the hiring process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting RNs, allied health professionals, or healthcare leadership roles.
Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management System) recruiting for healthcare clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
A background in relationship-driven sales or customer service is a plus.
