I’m looking for a skilled and creative video editor who understands TikTok trends and can create high-converting videos for my ads. I will provide the raw footage and sounds, and you will handle the editing to deliver engaging content.

Trial Phase (Unpaid Test Edits) :

Before hiring, I want to test your editing skills. If you’re interested, I will send you a folder with raw videos and sounds. You will need to edit two videos for me as a trial.

- Important: This trial phase is unpaid because I want to work with someone who is truly passionate and committed to helping my brand grow—not just in it for the money.

Provisional Hiring & Probation Period :

If you pass the test, you will enter a probation period (duration to be discussed).
- During this period, you will be required to edit 2 videos per day.
- After the probation period, we will discuss:
• The number of videos you will edit daily.
• Possible salary and bonus increases based on your performance.

Payment & Bonus System :

- $3 per video (multiple videos per day).
- $50 bonus for any video that performs exceptionally well (high engagement & conversions).

What I’m Looking For :

- Strong English skills – you must be able to edit engaging captions and text overlays in proper English.
- Creativity – you should be able to think outside the box and make the videos fun and engaging.
- TikTok knowledge – you must understand current TikTok trends and how to use them in videos.
- Fast-paced editing skills – smooth transitions, engaging captions, and eye-catching effects.
- Quick turnaround – I expect multiple videos per day.
- Reliability and good communication – I need someone I can count on.
