JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns on Meta

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook to achieve a ROAS of 3.0 or higher.
Audit current ad strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions independently.
Analyze performance metrics, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable recommendations to leadership.
Generate positive ROI(return on investments) and increase ROAS(return on ad spend)
Strategically allocate budgets to maximize ROI and ensure scalability.
Qualifications:

4+ years managing Facebook campaigns with measurable success.
Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets
Strong analytical skills with a focus on results.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Traits:

Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
Capable of identifying and implementing solutions without extensive guidance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week to start, up to 40 hours as we scale.

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM CST ( US hours)
Hours will vary during this time slot.
