Job Brief: Virtual Assistant – Corporate Client Database Growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and add potential corporate partners to our database using Apollo and Salesforce.
- Manage and organize corporate contact lists for outreach and engagement.
- Assist in
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with corporate decision-makers.
- Track outreach efforts and provide weekly reports on new leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Research and suggest new corporate engagement strategies to expand our network.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Apollo, Salesforce, and
- Strong data management, research, and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to corporate relationship-building.
