HBCU Heroes (www.hbcuheroes.org) is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to lead the growth of our HBCU student database. This role focuses exclusively on recruiting students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to build a robust network of future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student sign-ups from all HBCUs across various majors and disciplines.
- Build a database of HBCU students and recent graduates.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
- Provide weekly reports on sign-up progress.
- Suggest and implement new ideas to accelerate student enrollment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Experience in student engagement, recruitment, or community-building.
- Experience in Salesforce because that's where our student database is in.
- Passion for HBCU culture and student success.
