2. Handling Shopify order information.
3. Approaching tickets with empathy, utilizing Gorgias macros to de-escalate refund requests and address concerns from upset customers.

**Timezone Requirement:** (TBC)
- Mondays to Fridays: 1am to 9am (GMT +8)
- Saturday: 7-10pm (GMT +8)
- Sunday: 2-5pm (GMT +8)
