JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist who can handle support tickets, improve workflows, communicate with suppliers, and help optimize our CS processes. If you take initiative, love problem-solving, and are excited about AI-powered solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

- Handle support tickets via Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify Helpdesk.
- Improve response templates, FAQs, and automation.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve customer issues.
- Track CS performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores).
- Implement AI-based support solutions.
- Future role: Train and onboard new CS agents.

4) Who We’re Looking For
- Dropshipping CS experience is a must.
- Familiar with Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar tools.
- Proactive mindset – take initiative, improve workflows.
- Strong written English communication.
- Experience in CS team management or additional responsibilities.
- Interest in AI automation and support tools.

- Experience optimizing a support team.
- Ability to showcase past CS improvements.
- Willing to learn new tools to enhance efficiency.

- Part-time (20-30 hours/week).
- Flexible schedule, but must be available for daily supplier communication.
