????RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email Outreach & Lead Generation – Conduct targeted email campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects. Send out 100 personalized emails daily
- Newsletters – Draft, schedule, and send newsletters to engage and inform the audience.
- Pipeline & Outreach Management – Organize and track leads, ensuring a structured outreach process.
- Follow-ups with Prospective Clients – Maintain communication and re-engage potential clients to move them through the sales funnel.
- Paid Ads Management – Plan, create, and oversee paid advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Daily & Weekly Reporting – Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular insights for improvement.

Good to have:
- Outdoor recreation/adventure industry experience.
- Active Campaign experience.
