????RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design and build client-specific workflows in Monday.com
- Attend client calls, take comprehensive notes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed
- Manage email communications with clients and internal teams
- Build and modify dashboards, automations, and templates in Monday.com
- Assist with data migration processes and ensure data integrity
- Research and suggest potential solutions to meet client needs
- Track project progress and maintain project-related documentation
- Troubleshoot issues within the platform and provide support as needed
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving

Good to haves:
- Experience with Monday.com or other CRM/project management platforms
- Basic knowledge of data migration processes or handling data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior experience in a client-facing role or project coordination

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of workflows and business processes

- Collaborative and team-oriented work style
- Previous experience or familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.)
