As we expand our website development services, we are seeking a highly creative and design-focused Website Developer with strong Elementor expertise to collaborate with us on upcoming projects.

Job Description
We need a skilled WordPress and Elementor expert who can design and develop visually appealing, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of Elementor’s capabilities.

To ensure the right fit, we will conduct a paid test project at $7 per hour. If the candidate successfully passes, they will receive the full project contract at a fixed rate of $300.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and visually compelling websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and optimized for performance
- Follow project guidelines while bringing creative, user-friendly, and engaging designs to life
- Provide clear documentation for project structure, settings, and updates
- Be available for future website adjustments and maintenance (paid separately)
- Participate in weekly check-ins (MST hours) for project updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience in website design and development using WordPress and Elementor
- Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing past creative web designs
- Ability to create modern, visually appealing, and functional websites
- SEO expertise is preferred (understanding of best practices for on-page SEO, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness)
- Ability to meet deadlines, follow instructions, and work independently
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate on design and strategy
