Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative social media and digital content coordinator to support our podcast PR efforts on a part-time basis. You will manage our social media strategy and channels, schedule engaging content, create occasional content for clients, make changes to our website (Wix) as needed, and help shape our online presence—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative social media content coordinator to support our podcast PR efforts on a part-time basis. You will manage our social media channels, schedule engaging content, write and create posts for us and occasionally for clients, and help shape our online presence—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and schedule engaging social media posts across multiple platforms to amplify our podcast campaigns.
• Assist in crafting creative content ideas for social media accounts.
• Write and design posts using Canva, Headliner, Adobe, etc.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned to match pre-determined goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to track social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Make occasional changes to our websites on Wix.

Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, content creation, and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Headliner, Google Workspace, Wix, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in digital media or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

Further Information:
The goal is to find a worker who can integrate well with our team and occasionally our clients. I am particularly interested in somebody who already knows or would be interested in learning additional technologies like coding, AI, and more. With the right person in place, this job could quickly become a full-time job. I am looking for somebody who is available to start immediately.
