We are looking for a Business Process Automation Expert to help streamline, optimize, and scale our talent acquisition workflows. You will design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall hiring experience for clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Automate and optimize recruitment and HR workflows, including candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and onboarding.
Develop and integrate automation solutions using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, UiPath, Workato, or similar platforms.
Improve CRM & ATS (Applicant Tracking System) efficiency by automating data entry, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
Integrate AI-driven screening tools to enhance talent matching and candidate evaluation.
Streamline communication workflows across platforms
Enhance reporting & analytics by automating dashboards and data synchronization across HRIS, ATS, and CRM systems.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand pain points and build scalable automation solutions.
Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency.
Train internal teams on best practices for automation and AI-driven hiring tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Experience: 3+ years in business process automation, workflow optimization, or HR tech automation.
? Talent Acquisition Expertise: Familiarity with recruitment workflows, ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn, etc.), and HRIS systems.
? Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Zapier, Power Automate, Make (Integromat), Workato, UiPath, or similar tools.
? Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization between hiring platforms.
? AI & Chatbot Experience (Preferred): Experience with AI-based resume screening, chatbots, or automated candidate engagement solutions.
? Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement automation to increase efficiency.
? Strong Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation.
Experience integrating ATS, HRIS, and CRM platforms with automation tools.
Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment solutions, chatbot automation, or predictive analytics for hiring.
Certifications in RPA tools, BPM (Business Process Management), or HR technology.
