eBay and Poshmark Title and Description Builder

This is an e-commerce resale business dedicated to providing top-quality, new and pre-owned clothing and electronic items to our customers. We're seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us optimize our eBay and Poshmark listings.

**Position Overview:**
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in title building for eBay and Poshmark listings, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and appeal of our items. Your primary responsibility will be to create captivating titles and descriptions based on photos stored in our Google Drive, ensuring that each listing accurately represents the product and attracts potential buyers.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Reviewing photos of clothing items stored in Google Drive to understand their features, condition, and unique selling points.
2. Crafting compelling and keyword-rich titles for eBay and Poshmark listings that accurately reflect the item and increase search visibility.
3. Writing engaging descriptions that provide detailed information about the item, including brand, size, material, condition, and any notable features.
4. Utilizing your knowledge of electronics, cameras, clothing styles and trends to create titles and descriptions that resonate with our target audience.
5. Collaborating closely with the photography team to ensure that titles and descriptions align with the visual presentation of each clothing item.
6. Adhering to listing guidelines and best practices for eBay and Poshmark to optimize search ranking and enhance sales performance.
7. Utilizing strong written communication, typing and computer skills to list items quickly and accurately.

**Requirements:**
1. Excellent command of the English language with strong written communication skills.
2. Extensive knowledge of various electronics, cameras, clothing styles, brands, and categories.
3. Proficiency in creating compelling and SEO-friendly content for online platforms.
4. Familiarity with eBay and Poshmark listing requirements and marketplace dynamics.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
6. Experience using Google Drive or similar cloud-based storage platforms.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in fashion retail, e-commerce, or online marketplace selling.
2. Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques for optimizing online content.
3. Experience with photography or visual merchandising concepts.
4. Familiarity with additional online marketplace platforms such as eBay, Mercari, or Poshmark.
