Kenny Johnson University is a Canadian credit repair company dedicated to assisting Canadians and fostering a brighter financial future by helping them fix and repair their credit. We are passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. Our team is dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and delivering top-notch design solutions.

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create seamless and engaging user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to gather insights.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.

Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Develop and maintain UX/UI design guidelines and documentation.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best UX/UI practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI design projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Experience in visual design, typography, and color theory.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with A/B testing and usability testing tools.

Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
