Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist with extensive experience managing and optimizing
Responsibilities:
-Plan, create, and manage
-Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI, and conversion rates, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Collaborate with creative and web development teams to design, build, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions.
-Implement and manage Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve the performance of landing pages and ads.
-Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize for performance and drive conversions.
-Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, CRO techniques, and Meta advertising best practices.
-Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) for marketing automation, client communications, and reporting, ensuring streamlined client interactions.
-Monitor budget allocations and ensure campaigns stay within budget while meeting performance goals.
-Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss campaign and CRO performance, share insights, and manage expectations.
-Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, CRO results, insights, and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist with a strong portfolio of successful
-Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup, custom audiences, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
-Hands-on experience with landing page design and optimization, including working with platforms like Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar.
-Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and practices, with a track record of improving conversion metrics.
-Proficient in analyzing campaign and landing page data and optimizing for metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
-Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for marketing automation and reporting.
-Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
-Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
-Proficiency in landing page software (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar).
