JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an autonomous and results-driven Virtual Marketing Manager to drive our company’s brand growth and revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that attracts targeted followers and builds our brand. You will work independently to create, manage, and optimize content across all relevant social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
-Design and implement a complete marketing strategy from start to finish.
-Identify target audiences, define goals, and set measurable KPIs for brand growth and revenue generation.

Content Direction & Coordination:
-Determine what content is needed or available, and provide clear guidance for creation.
-Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video production teams to ensure high-quality content that aligns with our brand.

Social Media Management:
-Schedule and manage the content plan across all relevant social media platforms.
-Monitor trends and adjust strategies to ensure maximum engagement and reach.

Analytics & Performance Review:
-Regularly review performance data and analytics to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
-Identify best performing content and strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
-Suggest optimizations and the best path forward to enhance campaign performance.
-Implement innovative strategies to boost brand growth, increase targeted followers, and drive revenue.

Autonomous Execution:
-Work independently and take full ownership of the marketing process from strategy to execution.
-Ensure all activities align with the company’s growth objectives and deliver measurable results.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies driving growth.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
-Ability to manage and coordinate with creative teams.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
