We are looking for a highly motivated Sales-Focused Virtual Assistant to support our steel building construction business. This role requires a self-starter with experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management—preferably with a background in construction or project management. Your primary focus will be handling inbound leads, managing follow-ups, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in sales-related administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients via
- Qualify leads and ensure they receive the right information about our services
- Schedule sales calls and follow up with prospects to move them through the pipeline
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Track and manage client interactions using a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Build relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain communication with past clients for referrals and repeat business
Proposal & Quote Preparation
- Assist in preparing project estimates and proposals
- Send out contracts and track client responses
- Follow up on outstanding proposals to close deals
Email
- Organize and prioritize sales-related
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and calls
- Manage calendar and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
Market Research & Outreach**
- Research and identify potential clients or new business opportunities
- Assist in outbound sales efforts through cold

General Sales Support & Administration**
- Maintain and update sales tracking sheets and reports
- Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications:**
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management**
Background in **construction, real estate, or project-based sales** (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of **Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)**
Familiarity with **CRM software** (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to **persuade, negotiate, and close deals**
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Experience in **creating sales proposals, quotes, and contracts** (Preferred but not required)

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time** | 40 hours per week
Work hours:** Flexible, but must have at least **4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours** (Monday–Friday)
Salary:** Competitive, based on experience (70,000.00 PHP/per month minimum)
