Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate **at least five (5) cleaning contracts per month**
- Build relationships with potential clients, including property managers, businesses, and homeowners
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and setting up face-to-face meetings to close deals
- Present and explain our cleaning services to potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up to ensure long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or service industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
- Familiarity with Cleveland, OH market and ability to generate local leads
