MV Corporate is a growing and dynamic company dedicated to providing top-tier Virtual Assistant (VA) solutions for various divisions, including property management, real estate acquisitions, digital marketing, and administrative support. As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our team and take charge of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding Virtual Assistants to support our company’s growth. This role will also focus on developing strategies to retain top talent and ensure a high-performing VA team.


Position Overview:
The HR Generalist/Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Virtual Assistants while also focusing on talent retention and department structuring. This individual will be responsible for creating SOPs for the HR department, improving HR processes, and implementing new strategies to keep and develop top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the VA talent market, experience in full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to identify candidates who align with our company culture and goals.


Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source top-tier Virtual Assistants for various roles, including administrative support, marketing, real estate, and property management.
Post job listings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for final review.
Manage the interview and hiring process, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline to meet the company's ongoing VA hiring needs.
HR, Onboarding & SOP Development:
Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the HR department to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired Virtual Assistants, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
Develop and maintain onboarding materials, company policies, and training documentation.
Assist in creating HR policies and procedures for the VA workforce.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.


Talent Retention & Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement new talent retention strategies to ensure we keep top-performing Virtual Assistants.
Plan and execute virtual team-building activities, training, and employee recognition programs.
Monitor employee performance and job satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback loops.
Address employee concerns and provide support to improve engagement and productivity.
Continuously research and introduce best practices in remote workforce retention to enhance the work environment.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Strong understanding of the Virtual Assistant job market, particularly in real estate, property management, and digital marketing.
Experience creating and implementing SOPs for HR operations.
Knowledge of talent retention strategies and employee engagement best practices.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual communication platforms.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work 10 AM - 6 PM CST.

Bonus Skills:
Experience in HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices for remote work and virtual teams.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or Zoho CRM is a plus.
