We are looking for a creative and skilled YouTube thumbnail designer to create high-converting, eye-catching thumbnails that boost video engagement and click-through rates.

-Proven experience in designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required).
-Strong understanding of clickbait vs. effective design (bold fonts, engaging visuals, color psychology).
-Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools.
-Fast turnaround time – ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
-Great communication skills – open to feedback and collaboration.

Your Role:
-Create engaging YouTube thumbnails based on provided video topics.
-Optimize thumbnails to maximize CTR (click-through rate).
