JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our rapidly expanding AI company. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will leverage your expertise in GHL automation, AI integration, (and Make/Zapier (bonus)).

As a GHL Expert, you will be responsible for implementing advanced automation workflows, integrating AI solutions, and providing hands-on support to clients. As needed will work directly with clients through Zoom calls, collaborating to customize and fine-tune their systems from our original snapshot.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage GHL automation workflows to improve client processes and lead generation.
- Integrate AI-powered solutions into clients’ GHL accounts to optimize their sales and marketing funnels.
- Zoom calls with clients as needed to guide them through onboarding, set up systems, and troubleshoot issues.
- Organize and structure GHL snapshots and integrate them into client accounts, tailoring the setup to fit their specific business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to GHL workflows, AI integrations, and automations.
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they understand how to leverage GHL to improve efficiency and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and system implementation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel automation, including workflow setup, CRM management, and automation troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of AI integration within GHL or similar platforms.
- Experience with Make/Zapier for integrations and automating tasks across different tools (highly preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients via Zoom calls and other communication channels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience in setting up, customizing, and optimizing GHL snapshots for various clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to improve system efficiencies for clients.
- Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
