TARTLE, a cutting-edge technology company in ethical data exchange and AI integration, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI WordPress/Web Developer. This is not a beginner role—candidates must have a proven track record of advanced WordPress development, AI-powered website integrations, and high-performance web solutions.

**Who We're Looking For**
You are an expert-level AI-driven web developer with extensive experience in:
- AI Website Programming & Design
- WordPress (Custom Themes & Plugins, Gutenberg, REST API)
- JavaScript (React, Vue.js, Node.js, jQuery)
- HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap
- Bolt, Curser, and Other AI-Powered Web Tools
- Database Optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- API Development & Integration (OAuth2, RESTful & GraphQL APIs)
- Security & Performance Optimization

We need a results-driven professional who understands how to create fast, scalable, and AI-enhanced websites that optimize user experience and engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- AI-Powered Web Development – Develop and integrate AI-driven components into TARTLE’s digital ecosystem.
- Custom WordPress Development – Build, customize, and optimize high-performance WordPress sites.
- API Integration – Work with TARTLE's Real Intelligence API to connect real-time human feedback with AI-driven applications.
- UX/UI Optimization – Improve user experience using data-driven AI insights to optimize engagement.
- Security & Compliance – Implement best practices for data privacy, GDPR compliance, and secure API authentication.
- Scalability & Performance – Maintain a robust, scalable web infrastructure to support millions of users.
- Emerging Tech Implementation – Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest AI tools and frameworks into web development.
- Collaboration & Documentation – Work with TARTLE’s marketing, product, and data teams to build and maintain technical documentation.

**Requirements**
- Extensive Portfolio of AI & Web Development Projects – Applications without a proven portfolio of advanced work will not be considered.
- Fluent in English (Written & Verbal) – Clear communication and documentation skills are a must.
- Strong Problem-Solving & Debugging Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-powered websites.
- Proficiency in Web Development Frameworks – React, Next.js, Laravel, Vue.js, or similar.
- Deep Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms – Experience in AI data processing for web applications.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms & DevOps – AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes a plus.
- Independent & Results-Driven – Can work without micromanagement and deliver high-impact solutions.

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with TARTLE’s Ecosystem (DataVault Connect, Real Intelligence API)
- AI & Machine Learning Integration for Websites

**Compensation**
