Sr. WordPress Developer

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position
Salary: $4.50 per hour USD (Paid Weekly on Saturday via PayPal)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Standup: Attend daily developer team call via Zoom at 7am PHT
- Expertise in WordPress: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress development.
- Must have experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, and ability to customize themes
- Develop & Maintain: Build, enhance, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites that meet client requirements.
- Custom Development: Create custom plugins and work extensively with custom post types and taxonomies to deliver tailored content management solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional user experiences.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Optimize websites for speed, security, and scalability while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to WordPress coding standards, best practices, and industry security protocols.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
