What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 3 years as a Marketing or Communication Specialist.

Exceptional Communication: Ability to write genuine and engaging content across various channels.

Marketing Mix Expertise: Ability to analyze and utilize the 4Ps of marketing to achieve business goals.

Social Media Savvy: Experience in writing and creating social media posts and reels.

Copywriting Pro: Skilled in website copywriting, crafting articles, and writing converting email campaigns.

Sales & Promotions: Knowledge of sales promotions and lead-generation techniques.

Digital Marketing Specialist: Hands-on experience in LinkedIn and Google Ads marketing, Facebook re-marketing.

SEO & PPC Know-How: Understanding of how to optimize campaigns for the best ROI.

Your Mission:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

Craft high-converting email campaigns that engage and convert leads.

Manage content creation for social media, blogs, and websites.

Optimize and monitor Google Ads, Facebook re-marketing, and other digital channels.

Write website copy and engaging sales content that boosts conversions.

Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Create and oversee sales promotions that drive revenue growth.

Compensation Package:

???? €1,000 – €2,000 (PHP 60,000 – 120,000) per month, based on experience and performance. If team goals are met, bonuses can be up to €1,000.
