I manage a short-term rental business in Texas. I operate Several Airbnb's and am looking for a VA to handle all essential tasks regarding my business for a FULL-TIME position at my company.

Guest Communication:
- UNDER ONE-MINUTE RESPONSES ARE A REQUIREMENT
- Resolve high-level situations fast and efficiently
- Professional Communication
- Check-in Process
- Maintenance Requests
- Chase 5-star reviews guest forgot to leave
- Offer extensions
- Altering reservations
- Sending Extra fees via the Resolutions Center & follow-ups
- On-time checkouts
Cleaning Management :
- Send Cleaning Schedules
- Dealing w Claims regarding uncleanliness
- Communication with Cleaners
Airbnb Support Communication:
- Disputing Reviews
- AirCover Claims
- Invoices
- Extra Fees Management
- Airbnb Cases
Maintenance Management:
- Work Orders
- Unit Management
- Update listings consistently
- New Listings

Notion
Openphone
Slack
Zoom
Google Calendar

QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST ONLY WORK FOR ME
Preferred: Airbnb Support Ambassador or Airbnb Case Manager
They must be flexible with their hours.
Must be willing to work 40+ hours a week.
Must know English proficiently
Must have Excellent Communication Skills
Must have a background in Customer Service
Must Be Proficient in English
