Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support lead creation, customer service emails, and CRM management. If you have experience in administrative tasks, CRM cleanup, and customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and enter leads efficiently and accurately.
Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage licensed clinicians in the professional channel, promoting Epicutis skincare products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create synergistic sales and marketing initiatives that support the expansion of Epicutis into new markets and drive revenue growth.
Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track and analyze lead generation activities, optimizing strategies for maximum efficiency and impact.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for lead generation and sales innovation.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the inside sales team by leveraging data analytics and insights to continuously optimize inside sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency

Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in inside sales/data analytics/lead generation, ideally in the skincare, aesthetics, or luxury CPG industry.
Demonstrable success in developing and executing lead generation strategies that have driven significant brand growth and revenue in a competitive market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a keen eye for identifying actionable insights.
High skill level utilizing AI in various platforms.

Working Hours:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
8 AM - 5 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
