Job Summary
We seek a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support sales, operations, and customer service. This starts as part time with potential to full time. Your role will involve expanding our tire casing sales network, managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory, and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the owner to ensure seamless operations while promoting T&V Tires’ growth.

Sales outreach & customer relationship management
Inventory coordination & supplier sourcing
Marketing support & CRM/database management
Administrative tasks & financial record-keeping

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage new customers (retreaders, fleet managers, tire shops) through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Build relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing opportunities.
Update CRM daily with customer interactions, leads, and sales progress.

Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries (phone/email) about product availability, pricing, and orders.
Process orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, and provide order status updates.

Inventory & Operations Support
Monitor and forecast inventory levels to avoid shortages/overstocking.
Source quality used truck tires from suppliers at competitive prices.
Maintain supplier/vendor relationships and track delivery timelines.
Update inventory records daily using software.

Marketing & Digital Support
Assist with digital marketing (website updates, social media, email campaigns).
Create promotional materials (brochures) using preferred Software.
Manage online reputation (Google reviews, social media engagement).

Administrative & Financial Tasks
QuickBooks keeper with monthly reconciliation. Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for the owner/team.
Prepare weekly owner reports, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications
Required
2-5 years as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
Proven cold-calling experience and B2B sales skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, and CRM tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable high-speed internet and remote work setup.

Preferred
Diversity of skills after working with small to medium sized companies.
Experience in trucking and tire industries.
Basic graphic design (Canva)
Inventory management software skills.
Any Spanish

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Weekly cold calls completed
CRM/database accuracy
Daily inventory updates and order fulfillment.
Submission of daily and weekly activity reports.
