???? Job Overview:
I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with an Etsy product listing project. The goal is to post 1,000 listings in 8 weeks using pre-made templates and provided product information.
This is a short-term, project-based role, and I will provide all necessary training, tools, and resources to ensure a smooth workflow.
If you have experience with Canva, Etsy listings, SEO, or product data entry, this could be a great opportunity for you!

???? Key Responsibilities:
? Create Mockups – Use pre-designed Canva templates to generate product images.
? Optimize Listings – Add SEO-friendly titles and 13 relevant tags for each listing.
? Upload Listings – Use pre-written descriptions and pricing to create Etsy listings.
? Update a Google Sheet Tracker – Keep track of completed work and listing progress.

???? Tools You’ll Use:
???? Canva Pro – You’ll be added as a team member to access templates.
???? Etsy – Training provided if unfamiliar with the platform.
???? Google Sheets – For tracking progress and completed tasks.

???? Requirements:
? Detail-oriented and organized.
? Experience with Canva (preferred but not required).
? Basic knowledge of Etsy (preferred but training will be provided).
? Reliable internet connection.
? Ability to meet the goal of 125 listings per week.

???? Fixed Project Price: $527 for 1,000 listings
???? Per Listing Rate: $0.53 per completed listing
???? Weekly Milestone Payments: $65.88 per 125 listings

???? Hiring Process:
Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid onboarding period (Feb 10 – 15) to familiarize themselves with our process and complete a small batch of listings (20-30).
This ensures we both feel confident in the work before fully starting.
The best performer will begin the full project on Feb 17 at a fixed rate of $527 for 1,000 listings.
