I’m looking for a proactive, creative, and highly responsive Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant to assist in managing 5-7 Instagram accounts (and occasionally TikTok). These accounts cover various industries, including personal blogging, fitness, AI marketing, and corporate firms, so versatility is key. Your role will focus on content creation and storytelling, ensuring posts and stories feel engaging, modern, and visually compelling.
Important: You won’t be responsible for posting - I will handle all posting across accounts. Your job is to create and send content to me promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Instagram Management:
• Create high-quality, modern content that attracts the audience - it doesn’t always have to be made in Canva; stories and posts can be natively created in Instagram and sent for final approval.
• Instagram Stories: Ability to craft consecutive storytelling across 3-6 stories, making sure the flow feels natural and immersive.
• Work with a large volume of client photos and videos, organizing and using them creatively to produce engaging content.
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools to refine raw client materials into polished reels and posts.
• Assist with creating brochures, offers, announcements, presentations etc.
• Write captions and post texts that align with each brand’s unique voice.
Assistance & Virtual Support:
• Assist in creating my personal brand and brainstorming ideas to attract new clients.
• Respond to my messages with tasks to be done by you as well as manage my requests for content (Instagram Stories, posts, reels) within 1-3 hours of my initial request (during the mentioned hours).
• Communicate clearly and promptly about the status of each request.
• No analytics tracking or performance reporting required - this role is focused on content creation and brand support.
Working Hours & Availability:
• You must be available online between 1PM - 9PM PHT.
• However, you are free to work on other projects as long as you can complete assigned tasks within the expected time frame (within 1-3 hours from my request).
Perfect Candidate:
• Creative, trend-savvy, and skilled at storytelling, especially through Instagram Stories.
• Have strong modern content creation and editing skills - this is the most important aspect of the job.
• Comfortable working across multiple accounts (5-7 Instagram profiles) in different industries (personal blog, fitness, AI marketing, corporate, etc.).
• Able to manage large amounts of photo & video material and turn them into engaging, sequential content.
• Preferably use an iPhone or MacBook (connected to iCloud) for quick content sharing.
• Strong English skills and experience in social media content creation.
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, and other relevant tools.
• Open to brainstorming and helping develop my brand and attract new clients.
Compensation & Trial Period:
$350 per month for the first two months, with an increase after that based on performance and workflow.
A paid two-week trial period will be in place to ensure we match in pace, style and workflow.
