JOB OVERVIEW

Main Responsibilities:

– Managing and resolving PayPal disputes within required timeframes
– Building and maintaining comprehensive evidence records for each case
– Coordinating with suppliers for shipping documentation and verification
– Implementing dispute prevention strategies
– Creating and maintaining dispute response templates
– Analyzing dispute patterns and preparing weekly resolution reports
– Processing refunds and coordinating with accounting team when necessary
– Managing customer communication throughout the dispute process
– Customer notification and communication
– Damaged items resolution

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Required:

– Minimum 1 years experience managing PayPal disputes specifically in dropshipping
– Demonstrated track record of successful dispute resolution
– Deep understanding of PayPal's seller protection policies
– Experience with order tracking systems and shipping documentation
– Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
– Honest and reliable
– Fluent in English (near native speaker)
– Type 50 WPM
– Fast, stable internet connection

Preferred:

– Experience with Chinese suppliers and shipping carriers
– Background in eCommerce customer service
– Experience with dispute prevention strategies
– Shopify experience

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Response Times:

– Initial response to disputes: Within 4 hours during business hours
– Evidence submission: Within 24 hours of dispute receipt
– Customer communication: Same-day response required
– Supplier coordination: Within 12 hours of dispute receipt

WORKING HOURS
Part-time position (15-25 hours/week): Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM PHT time.

With expected growth this position will become Full Time in time.

PAY
