Earn a basic salary of 400USD with a potential earning bonus of 300USD if targets are met. We’re seeking an exceptionally skilled and creative Video Editor to produce 10 high-quality, engaging TikTok-style shorts (9:16) per day using Adobe Premiere Pro. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring precision, creativity, and expert knowledge of TikTok trends, viral editing techniques, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit 10 TikTok-optimized videos daily (15 sec – 1 min each) with dynamic cuts, hooks, and CTAs
Utilize our media library for engaging hooks and overlays
Work with raw footage and voiceover variations to create compelling product-focused content
Ensure videos align with the UK TikTok marketplace creator account strategy, driving conversions via affiliate links
Deliver final, polished videos daily into a shared folder for upload
Attend frequent meetings aligned with UK timezone
Requirements:
1. Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills (CapCut is acceptable in some cases)
2. Deep understanding of TikTok editing styles, pacing, and viral engagement tactics
3. No AI software—this role requires manual, high-quality editing
4. Ability to consistently deliver 10 videos per day—if you cannot meet this quota, please do not apply
5. Available to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (your timezone), with flexibility for UK meetings
