About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving efficiency, driving results, and ensuring smooth business operations across all departments.
Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and that company objectives are being met.
Project Monitoring: Assist the implementation team in tracking and managing project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and ensure teams are meeting targets and goals.
Team Coordination: Work closely with different departments to align on priorities and ensure smooth communication.
Executive Support: Provide regular updates and insights to executives, ensuring operations align with strategic goals.
Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving operations.
