Role Overview:
We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to assist in reviewing, organizing, and summarizing various client communications, including text messages, emails, audio recordings, and video content. The role involves analyzing these interactions, identifying key points, and creating clear, objective summaries that highlight the essential information.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain neutrality and professionalism in documenting sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze client communications (texts, emails, audio, and video transcripts).
Summarize key interactions in a clear, concise, and structured format, ensuring factual accuracy and clarity.
Reframe communications in a neutral tone while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all client information.
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and quality in documentation.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.


What We’re Looking For:
Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Previous experience in documentation, transcribing, or related roles is a plus.
Ability to maintain professionalism and objectivity while summarizing sensitive material.
High attention to detail, with the ability to identify important patterns or themes in communication exchanges.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects or cases.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.


Work Schedule / Workplace Environment:
The work schedule will be full-time following Eastern Standard Time (EST).
A dedicated workspace, reliable computer, and internet connection are required.
