Who We're Looking For
We need a highly creative, adaptable, and hard-working VA who can handle various tasks while contributing strategically to content creation. You will work directly with me, learning strategies and executing content that converts.

Key Responsibilities
? Content Editing & Creation – Edit Reels, Shorts, and other video content using provided footage.
? Content Strategy Support – Provide creative input and help refine content strategies (or learn strategy from me to improve over time).
? General VA Tasks – Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed (organization, scheduling, research, etc.).
? Social Media Engagement – Assist in posting content, engaging with followers, and optimizing content for reach.
? Adaptability & Learning – Be open to learning new tools, strategies, and approaches to enhance content performance.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
???? Video Editing Proficiency – Experience with editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
???? Creativity – Ability to think outside the box, suggest engaging ideas, and improve content aesthetics.
???? Social Media Savvy – Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends.
???? Highly Adaptable & Hardworking – Willing to take on new challenges, pivot when needed, and continuously improve.
???? Experience in Content Creation – Prior work assisting content creators, influencers, or businesses is a plus.
