JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Shopify Store Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee operations, customer support, and develop workflows to be used across multiple brands. You will work closely with the CEO to improve our systems and drive our business forward. As our business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and train additional employees to meet the increasing demand.

Responsibilities:

1. Google Sheets Management:
- Build a detailed Google Sheets file with tabs for Profit and Loss, COGS and Profit Analysis, and Supplier COGS and create VLOOKUP formulas to link data across sheets and CONDITIONAL FORMATTING to highlight key metrics, such as profitability.

2. Google Meet Scheduling:
- Schedule weekly Google Meet sessions between you, the CEO, Customer Support Manager, and Product Listing Manager to discuss important issues.

3. Financial Monitoring:
- List monthly expenses, review monthly finances, and check profitability.

4. SOP Creation:
- Create workflows and SOPs for the CEO's review and approval to standardize processes and improve team efficiency.

5. Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the Product Listing Manager and Customer Support Manager to improve and implement SOPs.
- Make sure the Product Listing Manager is on track and that any store-related issues are quickly resolved.
- Make sure the Customer Support Manager's team is running smoothly and that any problems are addressed right away.

6. KPI Monitoring:
- Monitor KPIs such as refunds, product performance, and customer support. (Training will be provided)

7. Google Merchant Center:
- Check the GMC page daily and resolve any issues. (Training will be provided)

8. Product Optimization Management:
- Work with the Customer Support Manager to check this Google Sheets file daily and either deactivate products that don’t sell well or inform the supplier to do a mandatory quality check for hot-selling products according to the criteria. (Training will be provided)

9. Team Expansion:
- Hire and train new team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Expert in Google Sheets, especially with formulas like VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc.
- Knowledgeable with Shopify (front end and/or back end)
- Expertise in creating workflows and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset

Availability: 6-8 hours per day, 6 days per week (morning CET). We offer guaranteed pay increases and bonuses when the business reaches specific milestones.
