Sales/Customer Service Representative

At UsedConex.com, we strive for excellence. We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic individual to communicate with customers throughout the day. You'll be answering inbound calls which are WARM LEADS, and making outbound calls which are also WARM LEADS. NO COLD CALLING! Your job would be to close deals over the phone. You’d also be emailing and texting customers all throughout the day. 20 percent of your phone calls will be customer service calls.

You will be 100 percent trained and will be working with your trainer every single working day. She will be helping you to be as successful as you can be! Must be comfortable working graveyard shift. Your working hours would be from 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday with a one hour lunch break. Must be reliable. We have 8 sales closers and we are looking to add another great sales closer to our team as our busiest season is coming very soon. We also send payments out twice per month. Contract will be provided as well.

P.S. This job is 100 percent remote as well and we have an awesome working environment plus paid time off, and major US holidays off as well. We do have high expectations so we are looking for someone that is serious about the job and won’t be sleeping during their shift. You will have monthly quotas to reach, and a bonus for being the top manager on top of all of your commissions!
