Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Analyst will design, build and deploy effective and informative business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. This role will drive this technical and cultural change, being essential as both a developer and a support lead, offering coaching guidance and ideation, accelerating the adoption of the transformation. He/She will work remotely and interact with different divisions across 2San globally, creating and maintaining a selection of dashboards to help us run our business more effectively.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Preparation and development of key business intelligence to enable efficient, effective and commercially focused business performance reporting.
Researching the internal reporting requirements for a variety of stakeholders across all areas of the business and delivering value-added reports to meet their needs.
Developing, delivering and enhancing operational metrics (data, systems and analytics) for internal and external reporting.
Designing robust controls to ensure the accuracy of the data captured and presented.
Working closely with all divisions to ensure business reporting requirements are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Preparation of commercially focused KPI analysis for operational managers across the business to drive performance improvement
Driving a mindset of sustainable product innovations throughout the business by maintaining dashboards to share information on the impact of our product and service offerings.
Pre-empting future BI reporting changes and continuously developing BI reports to meet evolving business demand
Ensuring optimum utilization of the reporting capabilities of Power BI
Engage with multiple business functions to gather Power BI dashboard requirements. Then using SQL and Power BI to create modern and effective MI dashboards
Identify and deliver insight that shapes client and business thinking
Challenge the teams thinking around data analytics and identify new ways of using data to inform decisions


Key Skills & Experience

A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent or other related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role using data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Looker or Google Data Studio
OR

A minimum of 3 years recent experience in similar position
AND

Able to deal with high volumes of data, and capable of developing informative Business Intelligence that meets the needs of a broad target audience
Ability to shape data into reports to enable accurate real-time decisions.
You’ll understand the business requirements in the BI context and convert raw customer and financial data into meaningful insights.
Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design, multidimensional database design
Strong SQL expertise
Experience working with ERP data from products such as Microsoft BC, Pipedrive, Dot Compliance

Circumstances & Compensation

Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in US time zone
Location: Remote, work from home
Compensation: 45,000 PHP per month
