Full-Stack Marketing Specialist (Web & Growth) – Venture Sales Labs

We are Venture Sales Labs, a company that helps startups and businesses grow fast. We need a Full-Stack Marketing Specialist to build websites, run ads, and make us and our clients look professional online.

What You Will Do

-Build and manage websites that look good and generate leads
-Optimize websites for speed, search ranking (SEO), and more sales (CRO)
-Run and manage paid ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook
-Create landing pages that convert visitors into leads
-Manage brand presence on websites, social media, and ads
-Use SEO and content (blogs, case studies, videos) to attract leads

Who We Are Looking For
-Knows website design (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
-Understands paid ads and how to get high-quality leads
-Knows SEO and conversion optimization to get more sales
-Can manage branding and create a strong online presence
-Is hands-on and detail-oriented
-Has experience in B2B marketing
