We're seeking a detail-focused and persuasive professional to join our real estate team as a Virtual Assistant (VA) Cold Calling Appointment Setter. Your meticulous work and communication skills will directly contribute to our land acquisition success.

We are looking for someone who:
- Excels at Investigative Style Work: You'll dive into property records, zoning information, and market data to identify promising leads.
- Is a Persuasive Communicator: You'll engage potential sellers over the phone, build rapport, and secure appointments for our acquisition team.
- Loves Data: You'll meticulously track your calls, appointments, and outcomes, ensuring we have accurate information to drive our decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Research: Use various tools and resources to identify potential off-market real estate deals.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with property owners, gauge their interest, and schedule appointments for our acquisition team.
- Data Entry: Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- FULL-TIME Commitment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently complete tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties is a MUST
- Experience with cold calling or sales is a plus
- Real estate knowledge is a bonus

Salary: $600-$800 / Month (plus bonuses based on deal closures)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST with a 1-hour lunch break)
